ALTITUDE TIPS
Our tips to have fun and enjoy your lifetime vacation in the middle of the Andes: sleeping well and eating healthily. You must try to rest to increase your red and white cells in the altitude. Eating light and small portions throughout the day helps to avoid bad digestion in the altitude which is very heavy. Drink lots of water to avoid dehydration and altitude sickness. Diarrhea is a common problem in the altitude. If you get it, avoid dehydration drinking Gatorade, electro light or salt in water (rehydration salt) as soon as possible. After that, start to introduce white foods such as rice.
