RATES

Rates are listed in American Dollars and include the taxes and service charge for Non-residents in Peru.
Hotels rates are per room per night.
Tour rates are per person unless specified.
Prices are subject to change.
As Peru is becoming a popular country for tourists, we recommend planning your visit in advance.

hotel purchases

Reservations

We offer different options in the most popular city of Perú.
Please inform us of the hotel of your preference and we will book it for you. If this hotel doesn't have any vacancies, we will inform you of an alternative option.
The confirmation for the hotel will be sent by email.

Once your hotel is confirmed you will have 72 hours to reconfirm and secure your booking with payment.

Some hotels ask for a prepayment at the time of the booking to guarantee the room. If this is the case and we will request for prepayment to confirm the room.
In the case of cancellation of services any time up to one week before the tour, a 5% administrative fee will be charged.

In the case of cancellation of services within the week before the tour, or the no show of a client at the beginning of the contracted services, the signatory must pay the following cancellation fees:

The entire cost of the first night of hotel accommodations plus the costs of the following nights that Andes Dream Travel pre-paid or are requested by the hotel; Cusco Natural Travel will make the corresponding separation of all costs.
Administrative costs and any other cost that Cusco Natural Travel has incurred 5%.

Cancellations during Fair/Exhibition periods will be notified at the time of the booking.

TOUR PURCHASES

Reservations

We offer different options in the most popular city of Perú, from conventional tours, adventure and nature tours.

The confirmation for the tour requested will be sent by email including the itinerary, dates, information tips and predeparture information for nature programs and any relevant cancellation conditions which will apply
Cancellation and Penalties

There will be no refund for portions of tour or packages not used due to the decision of the passenger.

In the case of cancellation of services within the week before the tour, or the no show of a client at the beginning of the contracted services, the signatory must pay the following cancellation fees:

The entire cost of the services that had been arranged (Airline Tickets, Bus Tickets, Train Tickets, etc.) and other types of pre-arranged services.
In the case of the services referred to in the rainforest packages, one must take into consideration the terms and conditions detailed in our programs.

Administrative costs and any other cost that Andes Dream Travel has incurred.

REFUNDS

Refunds will be provided within 30 days of the client submitting a letter or email.

ADDITIONAL NOTES

Andes Dream is responsible for providing all services, tour packages and accommodation as confirmed and listed on our website.

Andes Dream reserves the right to alter the program.

It is important to mention that Andes Dream work hard for our clients and will always look for the best solutions on behalf of the client, not only when they book or travel with us, but also when there is a genuine reason for cancellation beyond the clients control.

Last minute bookings will be accepted, but please be aware that there is the possibility that we may not always be able to secure reservations at the hotel, or tour that you request.

Passport, visa, and health requirements for you and your party is your responsibility. We highly recommend that you to obtain travel insurance to cover against possible cancellation and medical expenses.
