DAY ONE
Arrival and meet at Lima airport. Flight to Cusco the navel of the Inca Empire with……., fight……… Reception at Cusco and transfer to Hotel. Day free to acclimatize to the altitude. Lunch and dinner on your own and overnight at Hotel.
DAY TWO
MACHUPICCHU TOUR
WE VISIT:
From 5:30 am to 5:00 pm
(Machupicchu, the sun gate, and The sunset)
Our Guided Majestic Machupicchu tour starts by collecting you from your Hotel. We then have 10 minutes van transfer to the train station. We take the first train in Cusco to Machupicchu located at Km 112 (69 miles) northwest of Cusco, its altitude is 2,450 mts (8,038 ft). This is without doubt, one of the most fascinating wonders and mysterious cities in the entire world.
We then take the bus to Machupicchu Inca city. Afterwards, we start walking up towards the Sun Gate. On the way up, we can enjoy the fantastic views of city, the Mamakuna grave, the rock carving of the Inca altar, the check points of the city and the original Inca trail. After this short hike is our lunch at a restaurant.
At around 3:00 pm. Machupicchu begins to empty as the days tourists leave for the last train. It is a special time for taking pictures. We then watch the sunset from the guardian house and its surroundings. It is imposible to describe the landscape, the shadows of the buildings and the suns reflections, they are so impressive all year around set in amazing nature. Once the sun has set.
we then take the bus to the Hotel in Aguas Calientes town. Dinner and overnight at Hotel. We ended up leaving you in your Hotel.
End of the day.
DAY THREE
MACHUPICCHU TOUR
WE VISIT:
From 6:00 am to 7:00 pm
(Machupicchu, the sunrise and the tour of city)
Our Guided day starts early in the morning we take the first bus at 6:00 am to visit Machupicchu and enjoy the sunrise from the Guardian House. The rising sun, its shadows, the reflections on astronomical observatories and on the Incan Altars were, and still are, very important for farming, religion and festivities celebration. Today it is a famous natural phenomenon on the gateway to the Amazon (Machupicchu).
After this, we start the tour from the Guardian House, the best look out post and postcards viewpoints are here. The tour involves walking and visiting each sector, section by section. It is a meeting with the Inca legacy, and its energy and is connected step by step with each enclosure, temple, and altar within nature. The city is incredible in any season.
After a guided tour, we have lunch at a Restaurant. In the afternoon, we will return to Cusco by train. we have 15 minutes van transfer from the train station to the Hotel. Dinner at a Restaurant. we ended up leaving you in your Hotel.
End of the day.
DAY FOUR
CUSCO - LIMA
Transfer to airport for your flight to Lima. Depending on your flight time optional tours of the city and its museums are available. End of service.
