Cutimbo Archeological Complex

ITINERARY
Our tour starts by collecting you from your hotel. A 45 minutes bus ride takes us to the Cutimbo archeological complex; at approximately 35 kilometers from the city of Puno. It is one of the many places that hold burial towers, called Chullpas. Cutimbo has the most preserved pre- Inca and Inca burial towers, the tombs have symbols of the ancient culture, tradition, customs and religion. Moreover, there are many original drawings and paintings of pre-Inca hunters and harvesters. In fact, they are samples of the pre-Inca culture and origins of the Inca legacy which started at the Titicaca Lake. Our tour lasts 3 hours to 3 and half hours.
